THE BATTLE OF BAD HAIR

In a bold departure from conventional advertising, Old Spice has transcended mere commercialism by commissioning a monumental floor-to-ceiling oil painting.

This work of art vividly portrays the very true, historically fictitious, triumph of Francisco Barber and his Barbarians Defeating the Hairball of Belfast at the Battle of Bad Hair, c. 800 B.C. (or thereabouts).

This recount serves as a reminder to younger generations to never take their locks for granted and to honor the completely true but totally made-up struggles that paved the way for the hair freedoms we all enjoy today. A lot to think about on your way to the bathroom.
